Dear Customer, We are so excited and looking forward to spreading the love for 2024 Valentine’s Day. We want to share in the love for your special Valentine by creating a gorgeous, bespoken floral arrangement that says "I love you forever and always"! We love what we do and we could not be more honored that you chose us to make a Valentine arrangement for your sweetheart. We want to make you the same wonderful arrangements you have grown to love and admire from Five Oaks Florist. Please note we have had to change some of our policies for this year’s Valentine’s Day...
Due to the increased difficulty with the global flower supply, our selections will be based on color palettes; we will have an array of colors such as purples, lavenders, pinks, reds, etc, we may not have every flower in every color at the time of order so we will have to work with the flowers/colors available.
NO photographs will be offered during the holiday.
We PROMISE your arrangement will arrive to your recipient, however we CAN NOT give a specific time.
Please note: if a floral creation is being delivered to a business, it is the responsibly of the sender to ensure the recipient will be at the business.
Our drivers will only make one delivery to a location, we can not make multiple returns to complete a delivery.
We make every attempt to contact the recipient for delivery, however if no one is home/business to accept a delivery the arrangement will be left at an appropriate location(i.e. on the porch at the front door) or with the front desk.
Your arrangement is a custom designed art piece, therefore it takes time to create. Please be patient with our staff, designers are a unique breed of people with certain skills and talents that are hard to find, kind of like seeing a unicorn.
We can not deliver to Patient Rooms/Hospitals during the holiday.
Special requests will be accepted, however we can not guarantee a specific flower.
